1. Return Period
Items may be returned within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. Returns initiated after this window will not be processed.

2. Condition of Goods
To ensure eligibility, returned items must:

• Be in their original, unused condition;
• Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories;
• Be accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

• Perishable goods (plants, soil, mulch, etc.);
• Custom or customized landscape materials;
• Digital products;
• Gift cards;
• Items marked as final sale.

4. How to Return
To initiate a return, please email info@punjabilooks.com with your order number and details. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions. Please affix the RMA number to the outside of the package.

5. Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Note that banks may take additional time to reflect the credit.

6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly by us. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Defects & Errors
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
